AS OF APRIL 1ST, DUE TO THE EXPONENTIAL RISE IS GAS PRICES, LANDLUBBER IS ADDING A $3.00 GAS FEE TO ALL ORDERS

How We Make the Magic Happen


  • We work with Starfish Market as a third party provisioining service.  


  • Please note: We do not work for Starfish. Our fees are separate. We are a third-party premier delivery service.


  • Your order is placed by YOU on the Starfish Market website at: https://starfishmarket.com/onlineordering/ 


  • You will be charged a nominal fee directly by Starfish Market for selecting and packing up your order ($25 to $100 depending on the size of your order) This fee does not include our fee for pick-up and delivery of your order to your villa and stocking your items in the refrigerator.


  • Starfish will not charge you for any items they are unable to fulfill. 


  • PRICES ON THE STARFISH SITE are not updated regularly. Some prices are subject to change based on the stores supply and overall demand.


Here’s the Cool Part


  • If any items are missing from your original order, we will make every effort to locate your items at other stores on island! AGAIN, YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR MISSING ITEMS FROM STARFISH! 


  • We then invoice you for the missing Starfish Market items, which we purchased for you, to ensure your order is as complete as possible, along with our standard delivery fees. 


  • We will provide with receipts for the items we fulfilled for you and send an email confirmation on your arrival day after all daily deliveries are complete. 


LANDLUBBER LOGISTICS Fees 


CRUZ BAY AREA:  $35.00 + cost of any provisions we purchase on your behalf to ensure your order is complete. 


BORDEAUX MOUNTAIN, CORAL BAY and BEYOND: 

$50.00 & UP + cost of any provisions we purchase on your behalf to ensure your order is complete.


WESTIN CLIENTS: $35.00 drop off only. Email us for details. All rates apply.


Please Note: 

  • All orders also include a standard service charge of 10% of the entire order total less fees.
  • All orders over $1000.00 will incur additional fees due to time and resources required for orders of this size. We will discuss those fees with you when we confirm your order.  
  • Additoinal stops for arrival meals, snorkeling gear, irie pops, and any other items you may want us to procure are $10.00 plus 10% provisioining fee.

  • If you request a pick-up from ANY “TO GO” restaurant outside of the Starfish Market area, “Additional Stops” fees apply.  Please contact us to schedule in advance. Same day fees apply.

TIPS FOR ORDERING

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER...

 Don’t forget the ICE! We suggest a bag or 2 depending on freezer space.


 Ask your Villa if they have filtered water and limit the number of plastic water bottles you purchase. There is no plastic recycling on island.


 After you confirmed a delivery reservation with Landlubber, please try to order as soon as possible. We often ask guests to order at least a week before they arrive. The last possible time you can order is 72 hours before your arrival. Starfish website will not accept orders within 3 days of your arrival so waiting till the last second is fine but for our scheduling needs, please try to order before the order by dates WE give you!


 Some typical snack items may be pricier than you are used to, especially if you have kiddos. You may want to consider packing some of those items.


 It’s illegal to possess or use sunscreen that isn’t REEF SAFE. Only REEF SAFE sunscreen is sold on St. John. Consider buying your sunscreen on-island.


 Be sure you pay within a few days of your arrival. As long as we receive payment before you are set to leave St. John, you won't have to worry about us meeting you at the ferry dock to collect our payments due ��


 If you run into any trouble (and let’s be honest, it can happen to the best of us) call us ASAP. We are here to help make your vacation provisioning as outstanding as possible.


 We are hard working folks, please consider tipping when you make your final payment. Remember: we go the extra distance for you (rain or shine), so you don’t have to!
